Optional In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
A game offered under the goldenhourgame brand may include optional purchases inside the application. The applicable offer and any relevant price are displayed at the time of purchase. Users should review the information shown in the application before completing a transaction.
In-game coins and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. They are licensed for use within the applicable game, are not transferable property and may be changed or discontinued as the service evolves, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
goldenhourgame services, software, artwork, names, logos, interfaces and other materials are owned by CoinCrown SRL or its applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoinCrown SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service use or unavailability. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
